Sean holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Studies Majoring in Economics from the Nanyang Business School of Singapore. He is an author and a Trainer in Money and Value Investing. Sean had been invited to speak at Suntec Convention Centre, where he shared his perspective on Finances and his methodology in Investing. Till date, he has successfully trained thousands of participants to strategize their finances and how make their money work for them.

Sean became interested in Finances and the Stock Market when he studied Economics in the University. When he started working, he continued his Financial Education by attending Stock Market courses available in the market. The courses he attended gave him the confidence and he dived right into the Stock Market using the strategies he had learnt. Within weeks, he lost 5 figure sums of money and this made him realized that he needs to master the fundamentals instead of trying to beat the market with “tricks”. He began to invest time and effort to study the fundamentals of Value Investing. And when he entered the market once more, he was better armed. His effort paid off and his investments began to compound and he recouped all his initial losses. He became more interested and did more researched and testing with the aim to reduce risk. Based on sound investing principles, he formulated a set of strategies to reduce risk by capturing returns using market derivatives. After numerous improvements, Sean is able to create passive income streams from the market, by a strategy he term as Value Investing Options Strategy (VIOs). This strategy differs from active trading and requires very little monitoring.

For the past years, even in the worst times, Sean has been consistently making streams of income from the stock market on a yearly as well as monthly basis.

Cayden Chang is the Director and Founder of Mind Kinesis Management International LLP. He received his Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer’s license from Dr Tad James who is the founder of Time Line Therapy Association and American Board of NLP (ABNLP). As a former Assistant Vice President in a listed company, he heads a team of managers in charge of a business with an annual turnover of more than $300 million dollars and more than 2,000 staffs. He used NLP in his work and was consistently ranked within the top 5%.

With a strong passion about learning and inspiring others to learn, he founded the company Mind Kinesis Management International LLP with a mission “To motivate and empower people to reach their destiny” by helping adults and children. He has also co-founded an award-winning educational board game (Ministry of Education Innergy award 2003), which was featured in Channel 8, Channel U, Kids Central and LianHeZaoBao. In Mind Kinesis, he created the FIRST Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Course in the world with a systematic approach to producing Tangible Results for the participants. His clients comes from companies such as MINDEF, Immigration Checkpoint Authority (ICA), Singapore Prison Service, Certis Cisco Securities, Ministry of Education (MOE), Tan Chong Motor Sales Pte Ltd, Chan Brothers Travel, Singapore Technologies (E-Services) Pte Ltd, etc. He has also conducted workshops in National University of Singapore, SIM University and Toastmasters Club International.

He also built in NLP strategies in both his School Programmes and School Workshops. Clients that participated in his public programmes come from top schools such as Raffles Girls Primary, Nanyang Primary, St. Hilda’s Primary School, Nan Hua Primary School, CHIJ (Katong Primary), CHIJ (Our Lady of Good Counsel), Anglo Chinese School (Junior), etc. He also conducts workshops in schools such as Choa Chu Kang Primary, Unity Primary, Nan Chiau Primary, Broadrick Secondary, Bedok View Secondary, Bukit Panjang Government High, etc.

Cayden graduated with 3 degrees; a Bachelor of Science degree (Merit) degree in Biology, Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Zoology from the School of Biological Sciences and a Master of Science degree in E-Business from the Business School of the National University of Singapore. In his postgraduate course, he has also scored a Cumulative Aggregate Point of 4.45/5 (Top 10% in his cohort). He is an ACTA Certified Trainer under WDA (Workforce Development Agency). He has also received the Lifelong Learners Award 2008 from the Minister of Manpower, Mr Gan Kim Yong, on 18^th Nov 2008 and he was featured in “TODAY” newspaper, 938Live Online News & Mediacorp Xin.Sg. His mission in life is “To motivate and empower people to reach their destiny”.

Liu Feng came to Singapore in 1994 and went from a mere S$100 in his wallet to a millionaire.
